Complex nose, black cherries and a hint of undergrowth. The wine reveals notes of juicy red fruits and ripe grapes, supple and smooth tannins, spherical texture, with just a bit of grip. Beautiful concentration and a very long finish. Perfect with red meats and rich sauces.

Pinot Noir from 60-year-old vines cultivated using biodynamic methods, planted on a 0.1-hectare plot located on the eastern slope of the Furstentum Grand Cru, on marl and limestone soils. This terroir produces powerful wines with excellent aging potential. Short pruning is used to maintain low yields, and the grapes are harvested by hand. Winemaking: nearly complete destemming, 18 days of maceration, completion of fermentation and aging in 228-liter barrels that have previously held several different wines. 270 bottles and 30 magnums produced.
