100% Riesling from biodynamically farmed vineyards planted on the Furstentum Grand Cru, which offers south-east-facing parcels, with marl-limestone soils and a gentle slope that maximizes sun exposure. This terroir produces powerful wines with lovely acidity. Short pruning is used to maintain low yields, and the grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Winemaking: gentle pressing of the whole clusters, settling by gravity, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks for 10 months. 650 bottles produced.
