A tutti frutti rosé wine: redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry, amarena cherry, red plum... The palate is fluid and digestable, an energic and fruity juice, perfectly dry, with beautiful acidity. It's in fact very elegant, the aromatic palette is pure, long finish.

100% Gamay from 50-year-old vines, grown organically and planted on different plots, showing a volcanic terroir, in Saint Georges sur Allier village. Manual harvest in small crates, controlled yields. Natural vinification: direct pressing, fermentations and aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration in April 2023. No added sulfites. Gris Clair is made of the same juice than Pink Bulles, with having finished its fermentation.
