A blend of mostly Gamay with a touch of Pinot Noir: in 2024, this blend brings together all of Henri Chauvet’s red wine terroirs, as he was only able to produce a single red cuvée due to frost damage. Predominantly basalt soils (the plots least susceptible to frost).
