Just like Justine and Patrick told us, this is a "super Tour de France"! Blend of Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah, Gamay, Muscat and Merlot from other estates. The extreme weather conditions of these past vintages forced Patrick to improvise and seek grapes outside his own vineyards, so this multi-terroir cuvée would come to be. Môl means red wine in Gitan/Romani! Destemming, each grape variety is vilified separately, aging in vats, blend before bottling. Zero sulphites added.
