Some seriously fruity, mineral juice (have you got your pâté ready yet?). As always, great freshness and drinkability... A wine with meat on its bones! 2020 is a bit more rock'n'roll and we love it!

100% Gamay, from 50-year-old vines grown organically and keeping with the fundamentals of biodynamics for the last 10 years, facing southeast, and situated in Volvic at 500 metres altitude, planted on a sandy granite terroir. Grapes are harvested by hand using small crates. Vinification: three weeks of maceration of the whole bunches in fiberglass vats, treading, a few cap punches, blending of free-run and press wines. One year of aging in vats, bottled on the 10th of September 2021. ZERO additives from harvest to bottling.
Vincent Marie participated in the creation of an annual natural wine fair in Caen, and over the years, the meetings he’d have there with winemakers such as Claude Courtois would eventually instil in him a desire to make wine himself. Vincent would head to Alsace and earn a diploma in viticulture and oenology in 2012, taking part along the way in internships overseen by Patrick Meyer and...All wines
