A wine of great precision, fruity as hell, with notes of black cherry, raspberry... And as always, freshness and drinkability a gogo. A hymn to joy! Decanting is recommended.
A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Gamay for this vintage, from vines grown biodynamically, facing southeast, located in Volvic, at 500 metres altitude (bring your oxygen mask!), on a terroir of granitic sand. The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates. Vinification: maceration of whole grape bunches in fibreglass vats for 2 weeks, followed by pressing and blending of free run juice and press juice. Matured 12 months in Burgundy barrels. Bottled in September 2022 without additives or sulfites.
