Knowing the weather conditions of the 2021 vintage, it is easy to understand why this wine has been named "temps de chien" meaning "foul weather"… To counteract the greyness, here is a juice to warm our hearts, with notes of red berries and flowers, with fine and crispy tannins.

Just 5% Chardonnay and 95% Gamay from 60 to 100-year-old vines, planted on a three-hectare plot at an altitude of 500 meters, facing South, shallow on granitic soils. Soils that Romuald keeps alive, using phytotherapy. Manual harvest. Natural vinification without additives: whole clusters, carbonic maceration, gentle pressing, 8 months of aging in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled in June 2022 without filtration or added sulfites.
