Gamay from old biodynamic vines planted on steep slopes between 400 and 600 metres above sea level, on a mix of bluestone and granite. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified naturally, with partial destemming to create a mille-feuille of whole clusters and berries over a period of about two weeks. Gentle pressing and aging in stainless steel vats for one year. Neither fined nor filtered, it was bottled at the Estate with just a micro-dose of sulphur (1 gr/hl), in September 2024.
