Brittany
Chenin - 2024 - Dantelezh
Marie Devigne & Guillaume Hagnier
The nose opens with notes of citrus, candied lemon, and dried fruits. On the palate: big volume, that same citrusy profile coming through beautifully, with a super saline, mouthwatering finish that makes you want to dive back in right away. Perfect pairing with anything from the sea

100% Chenin from vines planted in Spring 2020 in Sarzeau (Southern Brittany), on a 0.8 ha East-West facing plot with clay-sandy soils. The vineyard has been organically farmed since the planting. Hand-harvested at the beginning of October, followed by a 3-hour pneumatic press, fermented with neutral yeasts in stainless steel tanks, aged on lees in these same tanks, and bottled in June 2025, without fining or filtration, sulfur added in order to protect the wine (65 mg/l of total SO2).
