Guillevic - 2023 - Cidrerie de l’Apothicaire
Nolwenn Merrien & Matthieu Huet
An extra-brut cider with notes of apple, white flowers, and tangerine. Refreshing, with a long, tangy finish and fine bitterness. In Brittany, Guillevic is the iconic apéritif cider, but here it also shines beautifully alongside citrus dishes.

Single-varietal cider made from 100% Guillevic apples—a cider apple from Morbihan, well-known in the region!—sourced from the estate’s organic orchards in Clohars-Carnoët, South Finistère. Pressed, naturally fermented with native yeasts, bottle-conditioned, with a short time in tanks. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, unpasteurized, and with no added sulfites.
