Des Six Ifs - 2023 - Catharina Sadde
Les Horées
Nose of red cherry, cranberry, with a hint of spice. Palate: classic Les Horées style, with fine, integrated tannins. The wine shows great elegance, no monotony, and a perfectly harmonious presence on the palate. Long, lingering finish.

Bottled at the Domaine in November 2024 without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
