A cuvée made from purchased grapes coming from old vines farmed biodynamically, grown on two Climats: En Reniard (deep, red soils, east-facing) and Combe du Bas (a parcel in the heart of the village with millerandé grapes — tiny, thick-skinned berries). Grapes hand-harvested by Catharina and her team. Natural vinification: gentle maceration with 50% whole clusters, a light pressing to preserve the fruit, 14 months of aging in used barrels. Bottled at the estate in November 2024, unfined, unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulphur.
