A cuvée made from purchased grapes from 50-year-old vines, farmed biodynamically and worked by horse. The parcel is located between the slopes of Corton and the Ile des Vergelesses climat, on red soils over a very compact, rocky substratum with limestone and flint, facing east. The grapes are macerated with 70% whole bunches, followed by 14 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and just a microdose of sulphur at the end of the malolactic fermentation. Bottled in November 2024.
