100% Pinot Noir, a blend of two plots from the appellation: Les Vermots (0.18 ha), 80-year-old vines on a steep south-facing slope, and Les Peuillets (0.13 ha), also 80-year-old vines, facing east, with a small part classified as Premier Cru. The soils are light and reddish. Separate vinifications for both plots, keeping 80% whole clusters. Aged for 10 months in used barrels, blended a month before bottling without fining or filtration, with a minimal sulfur dose.

Catharina Sadde
Catharina Sadde is the woman at the helm of Domaine Les Horées, founded in 2019. Born in Germany, she began her career as a cook, but after experiencing a grape harvest in the Nahe region of West Germany, decided to head down the vineyard path. She pursued a master's degree in viticulture and oenology at the University of Geisenheim. From 2010 to 2018, she took on a succession of internships...
