100% Pinot Noir, a blend of two plots from the appellation: Les Vermots (0.18 ha), 80-year-old vines on a steep south-facing slope, and Les Peuillets (0.13 ha), also 80-year-old vines, facing east, with a small part classified as Premier Cru. The soils are light and reddish. Separate vinifications for both plots, keeping 80% whole clusters.
