Blend of 84% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay and 6% Pinot Noir, from 35 year-old vines on average, grown biodynamically and planted on clay and limestone terroirs in the Marne Valley and Massif de St Thierry. Harvested by hand. Vinification: gentle pressing, with only the first juice from the first press that will make this cuvée, spontaneous fermentation in small oak barrels that have seen several wines. Aged for over two years on laths, this is a zero dosage brut Champagne, disgorged on the 24th of January, 2023.

Delphine Boulard comes from a family of winegrowers spanning more than 6 generations, Champagne runs in her veins! She succeeds her father Francis at the head of Maison Francis Boulard et Fille, which she founded with her parents in 2009.
