A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from vines planted at 300 metres altitude in the village of Lenswood, in southeast Australia. Harvested by hand, maceration of whole bunches with indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing, 15 months maturation in new French oak barrels, neither filtered nor fined, and bottled with a micro-dose of sulphur. Only 240 bottles produced!
