Riesling Auslese Bernkasteler Badstube* - 2022 - Weingut Markus Molitor
Weingut Markus Molitor
Deep and concentrated nose, very precise and direct, with notes of white fruit and pear, dominated by slate, still very slightly reductive. The palate is powerful, intense, generous, and sapid. The finish is also dense, in perfect harmony with the nose and palate, very long and saline.

100% Riesling from old vines grown using sustainable methods, planted on the best portions of the Bernkasteler Badstube vineyard, which shows schist and slate soils with good water retention. Strict selection during manual harvesting to obtain healthy berries at perfect ripeness. Vinification: a few hours of maceration after light crushing, indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing, fermentation and long aging in stainless steel vats, on fine lees. The green capsule indicates that this is an off-dry wine.
