Riesling from sustainably farmed vines, planted on several plots reflecting the characteristics of the Middle Mosel vineyards. The grapes were harvested by hand in early October 2016 with rigorous sorting of the grapes. Vinification: direct pressing of the whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, cold fermentation in stainless steel vats. This is a traditional method, meaning bottling was done for refermentation. More than seven years of aging on laths and on the lees, disgorging in May 2024.
