Bianchdusèt - 2007 - Alessandra Bera

Azienda Agricola Bera Vittorio

An incredibly complex nose with notes of white flowers, peach, orange peel, lemon oil, beeswax, and almonds... The palate is rich, with huge volume balanced by an incredible level of acidity and freshness for this type of wine, and a long finish.

100% Muscat Blanc from 25-year-old organic vines planted on clay-limestone soils, 1.2 ha plot. Bottled in 2017 without fining or filtration, sensible use of sulfites. Bianchdusèt is the little brother of the historic Bianchdudui, the Piedmontese yellow wine rediscovered by Bera.
