A new version of the unique and inimitable Muscat by Bera, this time in a dry wine (only three grams of residual sugar per liter). A juice with fresh and exotic notes, carried by citrus, white flowers and tropical fruits.
100% Muscat Blanc from 18-year-old organic vines planted on siliceous sandstone and marl soils, for a total area of 6 hectares. Manual harvest and natural vinification. Direct pressing of the whole bunches, settling by gravity, and extremely slow fermentation from the following spring. End of fermentation one year after the harvest, then a year of aging for bottling two years after the harvest. Not fined, not filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
