Ingredients and nutrition facts
A blended cuvée of Dolcetto and Barbera from 30-year-old vines, cultivated on a red clay soil rich in iron, in the Tassarolo wine region. Vinification: direct pressing, matured in 50-hl oak casks for 13 months. Zero sulphites added at bottling, and no filtration. In Stefano’s words: "A surprise for a rosé! Far more elegant than one would expect. It has great energy, perhaps due to the finish, with its subtle bitter notes that awaken your taste buds. It’s a very approachable wine, and yet, it has great complexity which makes it so enjoyable."
