100% Chardonnay from old vines planted on a terroir of Lias-period marls, harvested by hand. Vinification is done naturally: direct pressing, transfer into demi-muid barrels that have seen several wines for fermentation and a maturation of 18 months. Zero added sulphur, and neither filtered nor fined.

Jean François Ganevat
Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
