Buisson Viau - 2018 - Damien Délécheneau

La Grange Tiphaine

A complex nose with notes of apricot, pear and a touch of minerality. The palate is round yet without heaviness – a wine of great harmony, with perfectly balanced acidity. With 45gr/litre residual sugar, this exquisite nectar will delight fans of the Chenin grape from aperitif to dessert.

100% Chenin, made in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, from old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on poor soils. They were then meticulously sorted at sorting tables on site in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification: pressing, fermentation and maturation in barrels.
