100% Chenin, made in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, from old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on poor soils. Harvested by hand on October 13th, 2018, the grapes were picked during a fourth pass through the vineyard, after developing divine noble rot. They were then meticulously sorted at sorting tables on site in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification: pressing, fermentation and maturation in barrels.

Damien Délécheneau
Damien and Coralie Délécheneau met as classmates in Bordeaux, while both studying for their oenology diplomas, and haven’t left each other since. After each separately gaining experience (in the Beaujolais trade body, and in California for Madame, and training in Irancy, in Chablis at Domaine Laroche, in Saint Estèphe, and in Napa Valley for Monsieur) they finally returned to Amboise in 2002...
