A modern Port, with a light structure. This spirit is focused on the fruit, an everyday Port, to be enjoyed with dark chocolate, around 7-8°C; or to use as a cocktail ingredient.
Blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Sousão. The grapes come partly from the Quinta do Noval vineyard, partly from A-class vineyards located in the heart of the Douro Valley. Vinification: 50% of the grapes are crushed and fermented in the lagares, the traditional stone vats of the Quinta. The rest is crushed mechanically and vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C. Blend of wines with an average aging of 2 to 3 years, aged in casks and stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness.
