Blend of 90% Cinsault and 10% Grenache (so not exactly the same blend as the magnum!) from massal-selected vines of 60 years old, organically farmed with biodynamic practices on Cretaceous limestone hillsides. The grapes were harvested by hand, with low yields around 20 hl/ha. Natural vinification: total destemming, three-week maceration in wooden tronconic vats with gentle daily punch-downs. Pressing, and aging for one year in egg-shaped concrete tanks and wooden tronconic vats, with no new oak used.
