A blend of 50% Ugni Blanc and 50% Clairette Verte, from vines about 30 years old, facing southeast, and planted on clay-limestone terraces with silica in the subsoil. Hand-picked in small crates. Vinification is traditional but without any chemical additives. Direct pressing, natural settling, temperature control, and maturation for 5 months in vats.
