Nose: ripe strawberry, wild herbs, sun-baked earth, tonka bean and nutmeg... The palate shows an ultra-fine texture, with oak perfectly integrated, only there to lift the aromatics. The finish is long and refined. Great ageing potential.

Blend of 40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from vines coming from massal selection, averaging 45 years old, farmed organically with biodynamic practices on Cretaceous limestone hillsides. The grapes were harvested by hand with low yields around 20 hl/ha. Natural vinification: total destemming, maceration for three weeks in wooden tronconic vats with daily and gentle punch-downs. Pressed and aged for two years in 30 hl oak casks, without new oak.
