A blend of 50% Mourvèdre and 50% Cinsault, from vines farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand. Vinification: half of direct pressing and half of maceration, then blending, aging in vats. Bottled in May 2022, without filtration or fining, just a micro-dose of sulfites (half a gram per hectoliter, which is to say almost nothing!).
