A 100% Syrah cuvée, from a massal selection of the Côte de Tupin vines planted in three communes and three departments: Condrieu, Verin and Roussillon. As for vinification, Jean Michel is a purist – no chemicals, no sulphur, indigenous yeasts, no over-extraction, etc... Just ripe fruit matured in vats.
