100% Lledoner Pelut (the Grenache of the Catalan region). Some of the vines are up to 130 years old, planted on a terroir of red schist soils, rich in iron. The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic farming techniques. Harvesting is done by hand. Vinification: a short, 4-day maceration of whole clusters, with indigenous yeasts, then matured 8 months in demi-muid barrels. Bottled on the 5th of May 2022 without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites.
