Roussillon
Only available in a Magnum, this is a very rare bottle indeed. A profound wine, smooth, round and fruity. A palate that’s out of this world, with extraordinary texture, silky tannins and a saline finish.
A blend of 90% Grenache varietals (3) and 10% Carignan. The vines are 70 years old on an east-facing parcel. A natural winemaker, Bruno has his work cut out for him with his steep terraced parcels. Composed mainly of schist soils, mechanised farming is impossible here, so Bruno can only use a horse for ploughing. Vinification: whole bunches, vinified in barrels, without pumping over the must. Matured 6 months in barrel – only one was produced. This Collioure exists only in magnums, it is THE signature cuvée by Bruno.
