1/3 Tempranillo 1/3 Carignan and 1/3 Grenache from 20-year-old vines grown organically and harvested by hand. Natural vinification, "melting pot" of winemaking with a part of whole clusters, a part of destemmed grapes, and a part of direct pressing. Aging: same vibes, a little bit of everything, with some stainless steel tanks, some amphorae and some barrels!!! Not fined or filtered, zero added sulfur.
