Rouge Poulette - 2025 - Les Indigènes - Magnum

Sandrine & Manu Thuret

100% Grolleau from old vines farmed organically, planted on a 30-are plot with exposed schist soils. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally: total destemming, three weeks of maceration with a few light punch-downs and one pump-over. Gentle pressing, aged in fiberglass tanks for 6 months. Bottled on April 9, 2026, without fining or filtration, using only a micro-dose of sulfur (2 g/hl).
