A blend of 2/3 Grolleau and 1/3 Chenin, sourced from old vines cultivated organically and planted on small plots (30 ares and 50 ares, respectively) on exposed schist soils. The grapes were harvested by hand, fully destemmed, and the two grape varieties were co-fermented for three weeks with only light punching down. Only 288 bottles produced.
