Les Gallong - 2023 - Domaine Saint-Cyr
Raphaël Saint-Cyr
Gallong is a selection of La Galoche Blanc, hinting its extended élevage — think Galoche… but long! Burgundian nose, with honey, butter, and floral notes — elegant, rich, and balanced. The palate is harmonious, supple, and mouthwatering, finishing with a delicate lemony note.
