This "blouge" contraction of blanc (white) and rouge (red), is therefore an explosive blend of white and red grape varieties, with a nose carried by notes of redcurrant and raspberry. Palate: so fruity, a fluid and refreshing juice with very fine tannins, subtly acidic finish. We love it.
