A sunny nose of citrus and stone fruits, flintstone and a hint of smoke... A luscious, vibrant wine with a warm minerality, length, and a lovely mouthfeel, topped off by a dried apricot finish.

Like a pear amandine tart, the nose boasts notes of orchard fruits, a touch of butter, a hint of hazelnut, plus a hint of lemon. Palate: a wine with a clean attack, creamy texture, beautiful volume, and a long finish.

The work Sylvain is doing with the Aligoté grape is astounding. Take this nose, redolent of candied citrus, pear, and honey, with a mineral backbone. The palate is mouthwatering, refreshing, delicate, yet very structured – "built like a Chenin", as Sylvain puts it. A perfect seafood pairing.

A nose of hawthorn flowers, yellow apple, lime, and grapefruit... A powerful palate, boasting perfectly controlled acidity, tension, and a long finish with beautiful bitter notes. A wine to cellar ideally, but if you are impatient: decant first!

Once again, a pure delight—powerful nose, concentrated and ever-evolving. On the palate: great volume with no heaviness, a very light reduction that perfectly structures the whole, with a long finish marked by nutty flavors, especially hazelnuts. Yum.

An eminently mineral nose, opening with notes of chalk, followed by white truffle, honey, pear and candied lemon. Creamy, tense, and ultra smooth, with a long, salty finish. One of our great favourites, built like an "an old style Meursault", as Sylvain likes to say!

This is one "Montagne" that you’ll have no trouble climbing, so charming is its nose, showing great freshness, and notes of red fruit, plum, black cherry, long pepper, and a hint of wood.
