Chablis "Orangerie" - 2019 - Athénaïs De Béru
Château De Béru
A Chablis with very ripe aromas of candied citrus fruit, mineral and iodized notes, and beautiful concentration. As for the palate? So juicy it’s mouthwatering… The richness, characteristic of this plot, is perfectly balanced by beautiful fine bitterness.

Vinification: slow pressing, transfer into barrels that have seen several wines for 18 months of maturation, then 6 months in vats after the blending of the barrels. Neither fined nor filtered, and just a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
