100% Pinot Blanc from organically farmed vines planted on a beautiful plot, a climat adjacent to the famous Grand Cru Clos de la Roche. There’s even a miniature château here, and more importantly, a long-standing tradition of Pinot Blanc—an extremely rare grape variety in Burgundy. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: direct pressing, followed by a unique aging process in Michel Bernardeau Limoges porcelain eggs (one of a kind!!!) for approximately one year. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfur.
