A cuvée of Pinot Noir from a parcel very close to the Grand Cru Clos de Bèze. Chapelle Chambertin is one of the smallest climats to be ranked a Grand Cru, with a soil of fine clay, and blocks of limestone on the ground. A parcel of just 60 ares, with vines planted in 1945. Vinification: traditional, with indigenous yeasts and gravity, little sulphur... The fruit of environmentally respectful viticulture.
