The brand new Burgundian idea of Bruno! Corto Maltese went back to hunt some new grapes... 100% Chardonnay from vines grown biodynamically and planted in Saint-Aubin on clay and limestone soils. This is a negociant cuvée, the grapes were bought to the iconic winemaker Dominique Derain, who is now retired! Manual harvest, natural vinification at Bruno's in Roussillon. Direct pressing, settling by gravity, aging was half in cask and half in stainless steel vat. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
