100% Pinot Noir, from old vines planted in 1958 and 1998 at the top of the slope of the Premier Cru "Les Cazetiers", at 325 metres above sea level, facing East / South-East, on a terroir of white marl soil enriched by small stones that reflect heat and favour drainage. Vinification: 30% whole grape bunches, 15 days of maceration in wooden vats, 20 months of maturation in barrels, with about 35% new oak.
