100% Pinot Noir, from vines planted in 1972 and 1998 on a clay-limestone terroir, a parcel of just 70 ares facing southeast. The vines are cultivated sustainably, the grapes harvested by hand, and the yields kept under control. Vinification: 30% whole bunches, 12 days of maceration in wooden vats, and 18 months in barrels, with about 30% new oak.
