100% Pinot Noir from Raphaëlle’s own vines, organically farmed, planted in 2003 and (re)discovered under brambles in 2018! South-west facing limestone plateau in the commune of Lain. Manual harvest on September 26th, 2023, in 20kg crates. Natural vinification: 50% destemmed, two weeks of gentle maceration, followed by 6 months of aging in barrels, without new oak. Bottled at the estate on March 21st, 2024, with just a micro-dose of sulphur—total SO₂: 19 mg/l.
