100% Pinot Noir from vines grown biodynamically, planted on three parcels spread across 1.7 ha, in the very well situated climats of Grasses-Têtes, a jewel of the commune of Marsannay, and of Grand Poirier, with vines that are about 60 years old. Natural vinification without additives, all the work is done by gravity, blending in vats of all the parcels for fermentation (without sulphur), soft pressing, aging in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate.
