100% Chardonnay from vines grown biodynamically planted in 1985 on a single 3-ha parcel of vines, in the Coteaux de Dijon area, on clay-limestone and pebbly soils. Vinification: direct pressing, settling of the juices and batonnage during alcoholic fermentation, 20 months of maturation in barrels, with 30% new oak.
