Pinot Noir from 45-year-old vines facing east and planted on clayey-limestone soils, with a layer of pebbles and clay over a limestone bedrock. This cuvée blends two climats, 60% from Les Longecourts and 40% from Bas de Combes. Vinification: whole grapes bunches, meticulously sorted, fermented without SO2, with cap punch downs twice a day for 4 weeks. Matured on lees in barrels under “reductive” conditions, without racking, but with stirring and zero SO2 for 18 months. Production: 3500 bottles.
