A few words from the winegrowers: "A racy nose, with aromas of black fruits. Rich, silky, complex and racy palate. The finish is long. Wine to lay down to be enjoyed with a steak of beef, lamb, stews, game, rib steak but also with cheeses". What else??!
A cuvée made of pucrchased grapes: 100% Pinot Noir grown on 23 ares of clay-limestone soils on the Les Bertins climat. The grapes were harvested by hand by the estate's team. Vinification: total destemming, indigenous yeasts, work by gravity, cold pre-fermentation maceration, some pump-overs, 12 months of aging in barrels, 25% of which are new oak. Blended in vats, bottled at the Estate. 900 bottles produced.
