100% Sciaccarello from vines grown biodynamically, worked by hand or thanks to a horse. They are planted at an altitude of 480 meters, on the highest rows of the terraced plot. Harvesting is done by hand. Vinification: partial destemming, 35 days of maceration with daily manual punching of the cap, pneumatic pressing, 18 months of aging in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration.
